Do I need to choose a date or location before I buy my voucher?
There’s no need to make up your mind about your preferred date or location of a particular experience before you place your order. Our vouchers are valid at all of the locations that are shown in the ‘View on Map’ tab on the product page – you or the recipient can decide where and when to take your experience at any time before the voucher expires. Vouchers may only be redeemed with participating partners and locations listed.
How do I make a booking using my generated booking code?
To start the booking process simply log into www.buyagift.com/myvoucher using your voucher reference details, You’ll then need to generate a unique booking code. Please note that once a booking code has been generated it must be booked and used within the stated time frame. This time frame will be made clear to you prior to generating the code. Once the code has been generated, follow the online booking link in order to make a reservation, alternatively contact the provider directly using the contact details provided. Remember to take the voucher and the booking code with you on the day of your experience. The experience provider will require the unique booking code as payment.
