What is the warranty on the installation?
They provide a 1 year warranty on the installation. If confirmed the camera is defective, this should be returned after being provided with an RMA and a replacement will be sent out. Memory cards are consumable items and carry a 6 month warranty.
Will a Dashcam installation void my vehicle warranty? ?
We mount the camera to internal vehicle trim or the windscreen, removing and replacing trim with no damage. This is known as a ‘hard wire’ installation, where all cables are hidden where possible, running alongside existing manufacturers cables. We may use the fuse box or OBD socket in your vehicle to take 12v power from using plug in “fuse taps” which normally doesn’t affect your vehicle warranty, however we always recommend you confirm warranty status with your vehicle manufacturer/dealer.
